Before Green Retail Consulting she sat on the executive teams at Elie Tahari and Assouline Publishing and Chanel USA. That operator background is the spine of every engagement: assortment plans tied to margin, replatforms scoped to category P&L, paid spend benchmarked against contribution.
Today she advises senior teams at Old Navy, Eileen Fisher, Orveon, and a portfolio of $10M–$50M DTC brands on retail strategy, merchandising, and integrated marketing.
