The initiative aimed to overhaul core retail processes, implement a next-generation ERP system, and unlock performance visibility through modern analytics.   To ensure the transformation was grounded in retail reality—not just technology—one of the leading Big 4 engaged Green Retail Consulting as a key subject matter expert (SME).
