Most engagements are with DTC and omnichannel brands between $10M and $250M in annual revenue. We also take on selective enterprise replatform work above that range, and a small number of pre-launch projects each year when the founder fit is right.

We're headquartered in New York City and work remote-first with brands across the United States and internationally. In-person working sessions are available in New York — for clients elsewhere, the engagement runs fully remote with travel reserved for kickoffs and major milestones.

A 90-day strategic engagement is the smallest commitment we take, because anything shorter doesn't leave us with time to measure what we changed. For one-off audits we offer a fixed-scope two-week working sprint.

Every engagement pairs you with a dedicated account manager as your day-to-day point of contact — they keep the work moving, run weekly check-ins, and own the shared roadmap. Behind them sits a senior operator with retail P&L experience leading the strategy, plus specialists who join calls when their craft is on the agenda. Yana stays close through the first 30 days and at every quarterly review.

Our depth is in luxury, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle retail — categories where merchandising, marketing, and brand stewardship move the P&L together.
